Housing with care
Professional care for independent living delivered by Norse Care
Living independently, your way
Everyday life made special
Life in our housing with care schemes is about connection, enjoyment, and feeling at home. Homes are complemented by shared spaces such as cosy lounges, reading areas, gardens, and outdoor seating, where friendships flourish. Tenants enjoy a lively programme of activities, including visiting performers, bingo, days out, and seasonal celebrations, creating a welcoming, inclusive community. Our person-centred approach ensures everyone’s needs are understood and supported.
Designed around your needs
Each scheme is designed to meet a variety of care needs, including specialist dementia or higher support requirements. Personal care plans are created with tenants and their families, ensuring support is tailored and independence is encouraged. On-site restaurants offer freshly prepared seasonal meals, giving tenants the chance to enjoy food together, while gardens, shared spaces, and activities nurture social connection and a sense of belonging.
Supporting our tenants
Our housing with care schemes are developed alongside Norfolk County Council, district and borough councils, and housing associations. This partnership ensures tenants can access private or local authority-funded tenancies and allows local partners to achieve housing and care goals. Each home is part of its local community, with close links to GP surgeries, community centres, and places of worship. Together, we create welcoming, supportive communities where tenants feel valued, empowered, and connected.
