The Public Sector Challenge returns with Earth, Mynd, and Shire, taking place on 11 September 2026 in Shropshire.
As part of our ongoing strategic partnership with the Public Sector Challenge Norse Group is proud to support this flagship event for the fifth time; and we aim to make this our most successful year to date.
This annual challenge brings together public sector organisations, local government colleagues and partners, to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK and British Heart Foundation.
Set within the striking landscape of Long Mynd, the challenge offers a range of routes from 8.5 to 26 miles, each with its own level of intensity and ascent. Participants will experience sweeping views across the Welsh mountains, as well as the dramatic scenery of Carding Mill Valley, with every route reaching the summit of Pole Bank.
Around 50 employees from across Norse Group and our joint ventures will come together as Team Norse, lacing up their boots to raise both funds and awareness for these important causes.
