Award win at the Corp Comms Awards
Norse Group wins ‘Best Use of Content’ at the Corp Comms Awards 2024 for our employee-focused One Magazine.
One Magazine serves as a vital link for over 9,000 Norse employees, bringing together teams from our Commercial, Consulting, Care, and Specialist divisions. It’s designed to ensure every colleague feels part of the bigger picture, regardless of where they work or what they do.
The magazine celebrates good news, highlights our social impact, promotes our wellbeing initiatives, and showcases the incredible achievements of our people. With accessibility at its heart, One Magazine offers digital, print, large-print and translated versions, ensuring it’s inclusive for everyone.
What sets One Magazine apart is that it’s created by employees, for employees. More than a publication, it’s a platform for sharing stories, building connections, and creating a sense of belonging across the Norse Group.
Craig Pearce, Norse Group Graphic Designer and Lead Designer of One Magazine, shared:
“One Magazine is a great opportunity to connect with our employees. We’ve created a visually engaging magazine with helpful, informative content that covers a number of important subjects. The publication is designed to be different, impactful and unique whilst being mindful and respectful in our approach”.
A key strength of One Magazine is that it’s created entirely by Norse Group’s in-house teams. Employees from across the business contribute content, while the Corporate Communications team manages writing and editing. The Creative team designs each issue, ensuring that it aligns with our brand and values.
Printed by Interprint, part of the Norse Group, One Magazine is produced on sustainable paper stock using environmentally friendly inks and toners. For every tree used, three are planted, reflecting our ongoing commitment to sustainability.
Through One Magazine, Norse Group has created more than a publication—it’s a reflection of our people and our organisation.
