Residential care
Compassionate care delivered by Norse Care
Care with heart and dignity
Friendship, wellbeing, and choice
At Norse Care, every home is a vibrant community where people feel safe, respected and understood. We focus on learning what matters most to each resident, supporting independence, routines and friendships that bring meaning to daily life. Family, friends and local community groups are always welcome, helping create joyful, social connections. Our employees provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs, including specialist dementia and short-term support.
A sense of community
We work closely with Norfolk County Council and local health partners to make care accessible for everyone. Our wellbeing coordinators and employees support residents to engage in meaningful activities, stay active and maintain independence. Every home offers a friendly, safe environment where residents can flourish, enriched by visits from schools, community groups and volunteers, helping strengthen ties with the local area and create a genuine sense of home and belonging.
Meals made with care
Meals at Norse Care are nourishing, enjoyable and adapted to each resident’s needs. Homes provide communal and private dining spaces, giving residents choice and comfort. Our on-site chefs prepare nutritious, home-style food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, incorporating favourite dishes and new flavours. Textured or modified meals are available as required. Dining is relaxed and social, supporting wellbeing while giving residents independence and flexibility, ensuring everyone can enjoy meals that are both satisfying and tailored to their tastes.
