Barnsley Norse awarded Silver Be Well @ Work accreditation

Congratulations to the team at Barnsley Norse, who have been awarded the Silver Be Well @ Work Accreditation, recognising their continued commitment to creating a healthy, supportive workplace where colleagues can thrive.

The Be Well @ Work Award celebrates organisations that put employee wellbeing at the heart of their business. To achieve the accreditation, employers must demonstrate high standards across areas including human resources, attendance management, health and safety, communication, training, and staff development.

Having first achieved Silver status in 2023, the latest accreditation reflects Barnsley Norse’s ongoing focus on maintaining a positive working environment and investing in the wellbeing of its people.

Following the assessment, Olivia Johnson, Workplace Health Officer at Barnsley Council, praised the team’s achievement:
