As we approach Armed Forces Day on Saturday, 29 June 2024, Norse Group is proud to reaffirm its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.

Our armed forces veterans and reservists’ rich experience and unique skills are integral to our team’s success. Their contributions make the Norse Group dynamic and resilient. As we honour our heroes on Armed Forces Day, we remember why we support the Armed Forces Covenant.

Achieving the Silver Award Certificate in 2023 demonstrates our dedication, and we are now aiming for the Gold Award Certificate in 2025 to support the Armed Forces community further.”

Norse Group signed the Armed Forces Covenant in 2021, pledging to help those leaving the Armed Forces move towards new careers within the organisation.

The Silver Award promotes being armed forces-friendly and open to employing reservists, armed forces veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses and partners.

Our support extends beyond employment; we provide comprehensive and empathetic assistance to service spouses and family members, understanding and addressing their unique challenges. We strive to be an employer of choice, offering abundant opportunities and unwavering support.
