Over the past year, Norse Group has been developing and delivering an important leadership initiative designed to equip senior leaders with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to drive the organisation forward.
An extension of our One Group strategy, which unites our people and services under a shared vision, All for One is a six-month leadership development programme created by our people, for our people. Delivered in-house, it brings together decision-makers from across our business units, joint ventures, and wholly owned companies, combining workshops, coaching, and peer learning to create space for collaboration, reflection, and growth.
Now in its second cohort, participants are tackling real-world challenges, developing practical solutions, and strengthening relationships across the Group. Conceived by our senior leadership team, the programme emphasises astute management, people leadership, and innovation, encouraging leaders to think differently, challenge convention, and drive creative solutions that enhance both our services and operations.
