  • Bananas are a good food to eat before exercise as they are rich in potassium which supports muscle movement.
  • Finland is famous for its fish dishes as there are many lakes and rivers as well as the Baltic Sea for fishing.
  • Teemu likes to stay lean to help him evade defenders but also must hit top speeds during a game, so he enjoys lean protein sources such as fish and carbohydrate-based meals/snacks to fuel his training.
