Norse Group Limited is celebrating after landing an internationally-recognised award for demonstrating high health and safety standards.

Norse Group Limited has received a RoSPA Silver Health and Safety Award for working hard to ensure its staff get home safely to their families at the end of every working day. Roger Smith Director of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) will be collecting the award in London on the 17th May 2022 on behalf of the Group.

Organisations receiving a RoSPA Award are recognised as being world-leaders in health and safety practice. Every year, nearly 2,000 entrants vie to achieve the highest possible accolade in what is the UK’s longest-running H&S industry awards.

Roger Smith, Director of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) said: “This consecutive Silver award demonstrates the continued and sustained cultural approach to behavioural based safety that the SHEQ Department has strived to influence across Norse Group. The example set by Operational Directors is to be celebrated and has truly influenced the reduction in serious incidents and accidents and developed a culture of learning shared across the Group.”

With a well establish Health and Safety Committee the Group can engage and maintain a safe place of work for all.
