Norse Group is thrilled to announce its sponsorship of this year’s Public Sector Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, taking place on 6 September 2024.
This will be the third time we have joined forces with strategic partners Brentwood Borough Council and joint venture partners Rochford District Council to take on the Public Sector Challenge. In 2023, we collectively raised £60,000 for Cancer Research UK. This year, we are eager to contribute to this meaningful cause by beating our previous record.
At Norse Group, our commitment to improving people’s lives extends beyond our daily operations, and supporting initiatives like the Public Sector Challenge aligns perfectly with our mission. The challenge provides a fantastic opportunity to fundraise for a national charity that actively contributes to communities across the UK.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is a 24-mile round trip route with a total ascent of 1585m (5200ft), conquering the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 meters), Whernside (736 meters), and Ingleborough (723 meters) in under 12 hours.
For this challenge, we are excited to team up with organisers, partners, and clients, strengthening our strategic relationships whilst taking on this formidable endeavour.
