Norse Group enjoyed an exceptional afternoon at the Facilities Management Awards 2025, taking home three prestigious awards, including the coveted Overall Excellence in Facilities Management.
The ceremony began with a win for the Workplace Transformation Award – Client, recognising our Unity Place project. This initiative brought teams from across the Group under one roof, creating spaces that inspire collaboration, connection, and creativity. Over 80% of the transformation was delivered in-house, with employees across commercial projects, facilities management, IT, finance, legal, and consulting contributing their expertise. More than 90% of furniture and IT equipment was repurposed, and bespoke carpentry and reclaimed materials gave new life to existing assets.
Judges praised Norse Group’s positive employee culture:

Norse Group was later awarded Cleaning Service Provider of the Year for its specialist road traffic collision cleaning response service, a 24/7 operation developed in partnership with our security team, Norfolk County Council, and emergency responders. The service combines speed, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring roads are made safe quickly while supporting everyone involved with care and respect. Employee wellbeing is central, with all cleaning managers trained in Trauma Risk Management to support colleagues facing stress or trauma.
Judges commended the innovation and people-focused approach:
- “The overall innovative approach in this entry was very impressive, especially the bespoke service developed to address a specific customer challenge. The clear emphasis on supporting employee wellbeing was a key factor in the success.”
