As part of our International Women’s Day activities, women in Norse looking for their next development opportunity have been invited to a ‘curiosity session’ to find out more about a fully funded Level 5 apprenticeship opportunity – Women in Leadership.

Taking place on Friday 25 March at 12pm, the session, run by Redsky Learning, will cover the details of an 18-month programme which is designed for women who aspire to, or are currently working in, senior management roles.

The programme provides the skills to navigate challenging situations and culture, develop the skills and confidence to lead effectively and handle situations that are often invisible to others, and includes:
• 8 x one day workshops / webinars
• Individual stretch coaching
• Completion of professionally accredited qualification (CMI)
• Chartered manager status

Danielle Cox, Group Learning & Development Manager, said: “The aim of the programme is to create a pool of women who are ready for promotion, and develop an in-house network of mentors who can support future female talent, while challenging some of the cultural norms and invisible barriers.

“If there is enough interest, we will be able to run this programme with a group of ‘Women in Norse’ looking to further develop their leadership capabilities.”
