Happy International Women’s Day!
Today marks International Women’s Day 2023, a global day celebrating women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.
Every March, International Women’s Day (IWD) marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality and has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people.
Norse Group is proud to celebrate and support International Women’s Day and this year’s theme of Embracing Equity. The IWD 2023 Embrace Equity theme aims to get the world talking about why equal opportunities aren’t enough. People start from different places, so true inclusion and belonging require equitable action.
We’re proud to have an incredibly diverse workforce and are pleased to share the stories of just a few of the incredible women who help make the Norse Group such a vibrant and successful organisation.
From videos, panels, podcasts, and articles, we’ll hear from just some of those women who are making invaluable contributions at all levels across the Group.
