  • Our garlic bread is made with wholemeal flour which provides your body with fibre and fibre is good for digestion.
  • Peas are a good source of vitamins C and E, zinc, and other antioxidants that strengthen your immune system.
  • Although pasta is originally from Italy, Mac ‘n’ Cheese is considered an American favourite!
  • Josh is a powerful striker who aims to disrupt defences with his strength and power. Josh works really hard in the gym, so he regularly eats a high protein meal after his session to support his muscle growth.
  • Josh loves chicken, especially when marinated in a BBQ sauce.
