- Both chicken and Quorn are an excellent source of protein, which is essential for building and repairing our muscles.
- The flatbread in the recipe contains wholemeal flour which provides your body with fibre which is good for digestion.
- Couscous provides slow-release energy which is useful when exercising.
- Greek food is considered very healthy as it contains lots of fresh fruit, salad and vegetables providing a good variety of vitamins and minerals.
