On Wednesday 23 March 2022, the National Day of Reflection marks the anniversary of the first Covid-19 lockdown. It is a day to connect and support the millions of people who are grieving, and remember the family, friends, and colleagues we’ve lost over the last two years.

At 12pm on Wednesday there will be a national one minute’s silence observed which Norse Group CEO Justin Galliford is urging all colleagues to respect and to use as an important opportunity to reflect on the lives lost.

Justin said “In the last two years Covid-19 has impacted everyone in some way. Many of us have experienced the loss of a loved one or knows someone who has been affected by the pandemic.

The National Day of Reflection offers us the chance to pause, reflect and respect the lives of those who are no longer with us and those still recovering from Long Covid.

Our employees have worked tirelessly to provide continued support to our customers, while also dealing with their own personal challenges throughout Covid-19.

We encourage you to join us in marking this occasion. We at Norse will continue to support you through these unique times.”
