We are proud to have some incredibly talented apprentices working right across the Norse Group, including Rhyanna Razey from NPS Humber, who has been recognised for her outstanding efforts at the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021.
Rhyanna was ‘Highly Commended’ by judges in the regional finals for the awards last week, marking her out as one of the leading apprentices in the Yorkshire and Humber region.
After being introduced to NPS by Hull City Council, Rhyanna soon established herself as a key member of our Humber-based team, while completing a Level 2 Administration apprenticeship at the same time.
As her hard work continued to be noted by colleagues, Rhyanna was promoted into a permanent position as an Administrator – running the office and help desk maintenance services, dealing with external clients and contractors, and providing support to the many construction staff in the company.
Now, as she looks to take the next step in her career, she has commenced her Level 3 training, and was subsequently put forward by NPS Humber for the National Apprenticeship Awards.
With a sound career path ahead of her and more opportunities to progress in future, Rhyanna is another shining example of how apprenticeships programmes can open new doors.
