NPS Property Consultants Limited (NPS), which is part of Norse Consulting Group Ltd, is delighted to have extended its relationship with Crown Commercial Service (CCS) for a further four years, having successfully been named as a supplier on the CCS Estate Management Services (EMS) RM6168 Framework.

This national framework is highly coveted in the public sector. It enables Central Government Departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, the wider public sector and third sector including, local government, health, education, police, fire and rescue, housing associations and charities to call on the services of suppliers who have gone through a rigorous selection procedure.

With organisations across the public sector looking to find new ways to raise revenue and reduce costs, the answer for many lies in their property, land and estates – with the RM6168 Framework aiming to enable public bodies to truly benefit from the richness of their assets.

By working with suppliers like NPS, the public sector can better manage their estates and assets, reduce property costs, release unwanted assets and identify savings and opportunities to generate income from land and buildings.

Social value is also an increasingly important consideration, and agreements signed through RM6168 can be tailored to match the customer’s social value priorities.

This can generate measurable benefits, for instance, in the areas of local supply chain delivery; the health and wellbeing of local communities; employment and training opportunities and environment and sustainability benefits.

NPS Director, Daniella Barrow, said: “We’re pleased to have been appointed to this prestigious national procurement framework, which demonstrates our continued ability to deliver a range of quality services to the public sector.

“As an award-winning public sector organisation, NPS has been responsible for delivering efficiencies and innovation to local authorities for many years, understanding that clients need value from both their assets and their advisors.

“We look forward to continuing to carry out this work, while cementing our status as a partner of choice right across the public sector.”
