Norse Group is welcoming visitors to its stand (P50) at the Local Government Association’s (LGA) 2016 annual conference this week.

It will feature the Bowthorpe Care Village, designed by the Group and which incorporates NorseCare’s brand new specialist dementia care home. The stand also showcases current projects including the Norwich Aviation Academy and a number of Passvihaus housing schemes which the Group is delivering for local authorities.

Norse Group Chief Executive Officer and NPS Managing Director Mike Britch, NorseCare Managing Director Karen Knight and Norse Commercial Services Managing Director Peter Hawes will be joined by a number of senior staff to discuss how the wide range of property, care and facilitates management services the Norse Group delivers are benefiting local authorities across the UK.

The three day conference, which runs from today until Thursday 7 July, is the first major local government event to take place following the UK’s referendum on membership of the EU.

In the context of a post Spending Review landscape and a new devolution agenda, the event will cover key issues facing the sector including finance, housing, devolution and health and social care.
