International Wellbeing Week starts today (June 22) which gives us all a chance to reflect on everything we have been through in recent months. It’s certainly been a tough time, whether it’s been business as usual, on furlough or working from home.

The NHS says there are 5 steps we can all take to improve our mental health and wellbeing and you can check them out here. Trying these things could help you feel more positive and able to get the most out of life.

There is plenty of help available for all Norse staff – don’t suffer in silence. There are a number of trained Mental Health First Aiders across the Group, who you can find either by visiting the Group Intranet or logging into iTrent. Don’t forget too that our confidential, free phone Employee Assistance Programme lines are open 24/7 for support with any of life’s issues or problems. Staff working for NCS or NorseCare can ring Health Assured on 0800 0305182 and those who work for NPS can call Bupa on 0800 269616. Remember to stay safe, look out for each other and hopefully we can still enjoy some quality time with family and friends this summer.
